Ideal Protein Testimonials

“The Ideal Protein lifestyle is life changing. I have lost 47lbs. My body fat has reduced from 31% to 20%. What is even more significant to the program is that my lean mass has only reduced from 159.06 lbs to 158.55 lbs. That is what sets the Ideal Protein weight loss program apart from all other weight loss programs – it reduces weight and body fat but not muscle! Again simply put a healthy  life changer!!
My Ideal Protein journey is not over, as I continue to exercise every day to increase my muscle mass while maintaining my 20% body fat.”

My main reason for weight loss and health improvement was to make a life choice that would improve my health and set me on a path for a longer retirement life. I have seen many coworkers retire and die within the first 5 years, so I wanted to reduce the possibility of that happening to me.

I found a lot of the ideal protein foods to be quite tasty, which made it easy to distract myself from being hungry. The main challenge that I found was keeping myself hydrated, and tracking how much I was drinking. My favorite part was how easy it was to lose the weight, I didn’t exercise or go for long walks, the weight just basically fell off.

If I could, I would show those that are unsure about starting my before and after pictures as well as my current blood test readings. I would tell them that I was able to lose 42 pounds in a very short time. I would say to those whom are struggling- don’t give up because this diet really does work. My coach was always there to help me when I needed advice.

Now that I am in phase 4, I am always watchful that I do not make past mistakes while shopping or eating. I’m on a new path and I don’t want to stray from it. ~Richard Hall

It was time to make a change; I was entering grade 12 and wanted to be a better version of myself by graduation. I was always tired and sleepy and felt bogged down by all the sugars I was eating. I wanted to feel better.

The first thing that hit me was my reaction from the sugar withdrawals. I felt dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous. My coach talked me into staying with the diet for a little longer, and told me how good I would feel afterwards. When the withdrawals went away, I felt a lot better; the weight loss and the numbers going down really helped motivate me. My life changed, I had more energy, and people started noticing how much weight I had lost. One of my teachers didn’t even recognize me! This all motivated me to keep going.

The food was pretty straight forward and tastes really good. I enjoyed the pancakes at the beginning. The chocolate soy puffs and double chocolate brownie are my two favorites now. My friends keep trying to steal them from me at lunch.

In just under 6 months I’ve lost 52 pounds, reduced my body fat by 16%, and I feel great! I highly recommend the diet to everyone who asks me about my weight loss. If you’re struggling, keep going because it’s worth it and you’ll feel a lot better every day along the journey. My graduation is going to be awesome!
